Dean Shaw joined Volvo Car USA as Vice President of Corporate Communications in 2013. Previously he worked as Global Director of Brand for Volvo Car Corporation in Sweden where he was responsible for brand strategy, identity and consumer insights.
Shaw, began his career in 1992 with Peugeot Motor Company in the UK. He joined Volvo Car UK Limited in 1996, where he held multiple product management positions before relocating to the U.S. in 2007 to lead the business development and consumer insights for the Volvo Monitoring & Concept Center in Camarillo, California.
Born in England, Shaw holds a bachelor of science in transportation and logistics from Huddersfield University in the UK.
