IRVINE, CA – March 1, 2006 – Volvo Cars of North America, LLC reports February sales in the United States* of 8,417 units, representing a 19.3 percent decline compared to the same period last year.
Overall in North America (United States including Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico), sales for the month were off 18.2 percent, with 9,328 units sold. Volvo Canada reports sales of 699 units and Volvo in Mexico recorded 212 units - up 2.3 percent and down 25.4 percent, respectively.
