Volvo Cars of Canada Appoints VP of Marketing

 

TORONTO, ON (Sept. 23, 2013) – Volvo Cars of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Margareta Mahlstedt-Karayiannis to the position of Vice President Marketing at Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. Margareta will start on the 25th of September, succeeding Brad Painter who left this summer to pursue other opportunities in the automotive industry.

 

Margareta is making the transition from Rogers Communications where she was the Senior Manager for Go-to-Market Marketing Planning. She also worked for BMW Group Canada where she was the Marketing Communications Manager for BMW/MINI and subsequently helped establish the MINI brand in Canada as Brand Communications Manager.
