China-Sweden Research Centre for Traffic Safety, with Volvo Car Group in a leading role, is studying driving behaviour in the Chinese megacities Beijing and Shanghai. The ten Volvo S60L in the project will be equipped with a number of cameras and sensors that monitor the driver and the surrounding traffic. This means that every little incident and situation can be studied and evaluated.
