RICHMOND HILL, ON (October 3rd, 2022) – Effective October 1st, 2022, Volvo Car Canada Ltd., the leader in safety, announces the appointment of Aleiza Alerta as director, marketing & corporate communications.
Currently leading social media and CRM for the Volvo brand in Canada – a position she has held since 2020, Aleiza will now take the lead on all marketing and corporate communications initiatives and will oversee all advertising, social, CRM, experiential, and PR related functions for the Canadian market.

Aleiza brings with her over 20 years of advertising and marketing experience, having spent most of that time at some of Canada’s largest media agencies, leading digital strategy and activations for notable clients such as L’Oreal, HSBC, and Canadian Tire. Prior to joining Volvo, Aleiza spent a year working at LinkedIn providing marketing solutions to clients within the financial services category.
