RICHMOND HILL, ON (Tuesday, March 3, 2020) – Today Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reported sales of 624 units for the month of February, a month over month increase of 17 percent. Year to date Volvo Cars Canada has sold a total of 1,157 vehicles in 2019 compared to 1,104 vehicles sold in 2019, representing an increase of 4.8 percent.
February also marked another record month for Certified by Volvo, with 221 units sold, representing a 40.8 percent growth year over year.
“Last month we continued to see strong consumer demand for the XC range, with the XC60 representing the highest volume of sales,” said Matt Girgis, managing director of Volvo Car Canada. “Certified by Volvo experienced its fourth consecutive record month which validates the continued interest we are seeing in our pre-owned portfolio.”
