Volvo Cars Uddevalla is a car manufacturing plant which today manufacture Volvo´s exclusive model Volvo C70 coupé and convertible.
In our Body and Paint process we have a line system. January 2002 we introduced a line-system also in our Assembly Workshop, changing from earlier cell-building system. In the Body Shop we use both robot welding and manual welding to enhance flexibility.
The number of employees is 745 people (Dec. -01).
