In 2017, Katherine (Katie) was appointed Vice President of Government Affairs. She began her career with Volvo Car USA in June 2010 as Director of Government Affairs.
Katie has over 25 years’ experience in government affairs and lobbying in Washington, D.C. She has also served as Director of Government Affairs for the Alliance of Automobile Manufacturers and was the manager of Energy and Tax Policy for the Chemical Manufacturers Association. Katie has also held various positions on Capitol Hill.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Government from Colby College and earned a master’s degree in Government from Johns Hopkins University.
Katie resides in Maryland with her husband and three teenage children.
