Mikael Rampa
People Experience, USA and Canada
Mikael Rampa joined the USA and Canada team in 2018 as Head of Human Resources, now known as People Experience. Prior to his arrival, Mikael served for three years as Head of Human Resources in Volvo’s EMEA region.
His career with Volvo began in 1995, starting out as a forklift driver, before moving into the Human Resources field where he worked as a competence development specialist, an HR business partner and within other various managerial positions in HR.
Mikael has a degree from Swedish University in Sociology and resides in New Jersey with his wife, Tina.
