Adam Clarke

Adam Clarke is Head of Network Development for the Americas, leading the retailer network team in all aspects of the business. Among his main focuses are network transformation, retailer profitability and retailer relations. For a time, Adam wore two hats, stepping up to serve as both in-house counsel and Head of Network.
Adam joined Volvo Car USA in February 2015, following a ten-year period at Volvo Car UK, where he served as in-house counsel. While working in the UK, Adam handled both local and global issues, specializing in distribution law.
Prior to coming to Volvo, Adam practiced law in the private sector, working in mergers and acquisitions for a large national firm in the UK.
Adam lives with his wife and family in Westchester County, New York.
