Hans-Olov Olsson has been named Vice-Chairman of the board at Volvo Cars, pending completion of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd's. (“Zhejiang Geely Holding Group”) acquisition of the company from Ford Motor Company (deal closed expected in Q3 2010). Mr Olsson is a former President and Chief Executive Officer of the Swedish car maker.
