Volvo Car USA LLC, (VCUSA) reported U.S. sales of 8,807 vehicles for the month of October, an increase of 20.2 percent from the same period last year. Year-to-date VCUSA has sold 86,239 vehicles, an increase of 6.1 percent from the previous year.
Volvo Car USA reported U.S. sales of 9,323 vehicles for the month of September, an increase of 7 percent from the same period last year. September marks nine months of year-over-year growth.

Volvo Cars sold 131,889 cars in the first quarter of 2020, down 18.2 per cent compared with the same period last year. The company’s global sales performance was affected by the continued impact of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Volvo Cars maintained a solid sales momentum in the first nine months of the year, with global volumes up 7.4 per cent, compared with the same period last year. The company sold a total of 507,704 cars during the period.
