BTCC-stjärnorna Volvo S40 och herrgårdsvagnen Volvo 850
i racingspelet "Volvo - The Game"
Racingspelet som förannonserats av spelutvecklingsföretaget SimBin och Volvo Personvagnar i april, kan spelas med fem racinglegender, förutom den nya Volvo S60 Concept. Det blir Volvobilar som många minns från STCC och BTCC.
Volvo - The Game, ett kostnadsfritt spel som släpps av SimBin Studios och Volvo Personvagnar den 26 maj, innehåller förutom Volvo S60 Concept ytterligare fem "godingar".
Spelarna kommer att kunna välja mellan Volvo C30, som tävlar i STCC, Swedish Touring Car Championship, och den Volvo S60 som var med för några år sedan, Volvo S40, som framgångsrikt tävlade i brittiska standardvagnmästerskapet, British Touring Car Championship BTCC, Volvo 850, herrgårdsvagnen som blev en legend i BTCC och racingklassikern Volvo 240 Turbo Group A.
Två racingbanor är valbara; Gothenburg Eco Drive Arena i Göteborg, Sverige samt Chayaka utanför Kiev i Ukraina. Volvo -The Game är det enda virtuella racingspelet i världen som inkluderar banan i Ukraina.
Med Volvo - The Game vill SimBin och Volvo Personvagnar nå en bred publik.
Spelet innehåller nivåerna "nybörjare" med alla körhjälper påkopplade som till exempel ABS, "semipro" och slutligen "pro" där det inte finns någon assistans från spelet.
