BIOGRAPHY
Alain Visser was born in Belgium and has a Master's degree from the University of Antwerp, Belgium as well as an MBA from Duke University, North Carolina, USA. He started his career at Ford of Belgium in 1987 and subsequently worked at various senior positions within Ford of Europe. In 2004 he joined General Motors and became a board member for Opel. In September 2012, Alain Visser joined Volvo Car as Vice President Sales Operations within Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. He took over as Senior Vice President Marketing, Sales and Customer Service in July 2013.
