Volvo Cars partner of 2013 Fortune Global Forum in Chengdu

 

Volvo Car Group (Volvo Cars) will be an official partner of the 2013 Fortune Global Forum, to be held in Chengdu, China from June 6-8. As part of the partnership agreement, Volvo Cars will provide a fleet of Volvo S80L cars to the organisation that will be used as courtesy cars for the global officials and business leaders attending the 2013 Fortune Global Forum.

 

Several members of the Volvo Cars leadership will be attending this year's edition of the Fortune Global Forum, among which Håkan Samuelsson, President and CEO; Li Shufu, Chairman of the Board; and Lex Kerssemakers, Senior Vice President Product Strategy and Vehicle Line Management. On June 6, Volvo Cars will host one of the 2013 Fortune Global Forum's Special Roundtable Discussions, on the future of transportation.

The program of the Fortune Global Forum is focused and strategic, with multiple formats designed to stimulate open and spontaneous debate.
