After obtaining a university degree in Human Resource Development and Labour Relations, Hanna Fager started her long professional career at Volvo Cars in Gothenburg, Sweden in 2002. She held various Human Resources positions within Volvo Cars’ Purchasing department until 2006, when she took on the role as a specialist within Compensation & Benefits. In 2009 she was appointed Senior Manager Compensation & Benefits and held that position until 2012 when she was promoted to join the Human Resources Management team. In January 2016, Hanna took on the role as HR Manager for Marketing, Sales & Service and Corporate Functions. On October 1, 2016, Hanna Fager joined the Volvo Cars Executive Management Team and started as Senior Vice President Human Resources, Volvo Car Group.
