Volvo Cars Torslanda Plant 2007-2008

 

 

The Volvo Cars Torslanda Plant, is situated the island Hisingen, Göteborg on the Swedish west-coast. It was opened in 1964. It is a complete car factory with body, paint and final assembly shops.
Volvo Cars Torslanda Plant is today producing the Volvo S80, V70, XC70 and XC90, the bigger models in the car range.

 

The production of the current S80 started 2006, the first version were launched in May 1998. The production of XC90 started in spring 2002. The production of current versions of the Volvo V70 and XC70 started in spring 2007.
