Volvo Cars Torslanda Plant

The Torslanda Plant was opened in 1964. It is a complete car factory with body, paint and final assembly shop.

Torslanda Plant is today producing the Volvo S80, V70, XC70 and XC90. The S80 production started in spring 1998 and is supplying all markets worldwide. Production of the new V70 started 1999. The production of XC90 started in spring 2002.
