Volvo Cars model line for 2002 S60: What’s new

Volvo S60 AWD

New to the S60 range, the 2002 S60 AWD marks the debut of a new, electronically controlled all-wheel-drive system for enhanced security and control. The S60 AWD utilizes the responsive 2.4-litre 5-cylinder engine with low pressure turbocharger and 5-speed electronically-controlled automatic transmission in conjunction with a sophisticated Active On Demand (AOD) system that automatically distributes power between the front and rear wheels to optimize traction in all conditions.
