Volvo Canada Announces September Sales

 

 

TORONTO, ON (October 3, 2011) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported a decrease in sales of 9.5 percent in September with a total of 486 vehicles sold. However, year-to-date sales are up 4.2 percent in Canada over the first nine months of 2010.

 

The top seller of the month continues to be the award-winning S60 sport sedan, selling more than 154 units.

 

"The S60 remains a popular choice with Canadians since it was introduced late last year," says Jeff Pugliese, President, Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. "With the new S60 R-design appearing later this Fall, we expect even more enthusiasm for the model going into 2012."
