Volvo Canada Announces August Sales

 

TORONTO, ON (September 1, 2011) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported a small decrease in sales of 1.7 percent in August with a total of 512 vehicles sold. However, year-to-date sales are up 3 percent in Canada over the first eight months of 2010.

 

The top seller of the month was actually a tie between the award-winning S60 sport sedan and XC60 crossover, each selling 133 units. The venerable XC70 took the second spot, selling 91 units in August.
