Volvo announces November sales results

 

 

Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. today announced vehicle sales reached 484 units in November, up 2.3 percent from the same month last year.

 

Year-to-date, Volvo Canada sold 5,917 units, off 5.2 percent from the first 11 months of 2008.

 

"The XC60 continues to be Volvo Canada's best-selling vehicle," said Jeff Pugliese, President and CEO of Volvo Canada. "The XC60 has led our new vehicle sales results for six consecutive months and this trend is expected to continue. The vehicle delivers a combination of style, driving dynamics, safety and versatility that resonates with Canadians and its recent sales performance illustrates the XC60's strength in highly competitive market."
