RICHMOND HILL, ON (Wednesday, November 2, 2022) – Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reports sales of 816 vehicles for the month of October, a decrease of 19.5 percent when compared to the same month last year. Year-to-date, the company has sold a total of 8,560 vehicles in Canada, representing a decrease of 9.3 percent when compared to the same time last year.
Demand for Volvo’s exciting lineup of plug-in hybrid and pure electric vehicles remained robust amidst industry-wide supply shortages, with the company’s Recharge models accounting for 25.7 percent of sales Year-to-Date.
Volvo Car Canada’s pre-owned division, Certified by Volvo, retailed a total of 236 units for the month.
