Volvo Car Canada Ltd. Announces Adam Kostanowicz as Director of Customer Experience

 

RICHMOND HILL, ON. (January 30th, 2018.) On January 22nd, 2018, Adam Kostanowicz was named Director, Customer Experience of Volvo Car Canada Ltd.

 

In this newly created position, Mr. Kostanowicz will be responsible for leading the transformation of the Volvo Car customer experience in Canada. This transformation will be executed through the review, development and implementation of strategies designed to improve customer satisfaction and increase efficiency through the customer journey. 

 

Mr. Kostanowicz joins Volvo Canada with over 17 years of automotive experience. He has worked for Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Infiniti, Ford and a Retail Automotive Group in several fields including sales, marketing, after sales, retail, financial services and network development.

 

Mr. Kostanowicz holds a Bachelor degree from York University and a diploma from Mohawk College. He holds a certificate in Direct Marketing from the Canadian Marketing Association as well as certification from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council.
