Volvo S90 & V90 Awarded Best Design of the Year by Guide de L’Auto

RICHMOND HILL, ON. (November 24th, 2017.) The all-new S90 & V90 have been recognized as the Best Design of the Year in 2018 by Guide de L’Auto / The Car Guide, a property of LC Media.

“We at Volvo Canada are thrilled to receive this award,” said Alexander Lvovich, Managing Director, Volvo Car Canada Ltd. “Much like the XC90, the S90 and V90 have been recogized for their contemporary, innovative, design language across the automotive industry. Our design team has worked hard to create vehicular design that stands out but also acknowledges our Swedish heritage; we are appreciative of the Guide de L’Auto voters who have honoured us with this accolade.”

The S90 was originally launched in 2016, the V90 launched early in 2017. Both vehicles offer three distinct design trims – Momentum, R-Design and Inscription. Recently, a refreshed 2018 S90 arrived in showrooms offering segment-leading rear legroom, a standard panoramic sunroof and a 400-horsepower T8 Plug-In Hybrid powertrain option.
