All-New S90 Named Finalist for 2017 North American Car of the Year

S90 Recently Named Runner-Up for 2017 Motor Trend Car of the Year

 

LOS ANGELES, CA. (November 15th, 2016.) Volvo Car’s all-new S90, the company’s luxury flagship sedan, has been named a finalist for 2017 North American Car of the Year and a runner-up for 2017 Motor Trend Car of the Year.

 

Volvo Cars is now poised to win a North American ‘of the Year’ award for the second year in a row, having taken top honours for 2016 North American Truck/Utility of the Year for the XC90.

 

In addition, the Volvo S90 was the top luxury car in the 2017 Motor Trend Car of the Year competition, making it to the final round of judging ahead of all other luxury brands. It was also announced last week that the S90 has been named a finalist for Best New Large Premium Car for the Canadian Car of the Year Awards determined by the Automobile Journalists Association of Canada (AJAC).
