Volvo announces March sales results

 

 

TORONTO (April 1, 2009) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. today announced vehicle sales reached 491 units in March, a 35% increase from February.  Compared to March 2008, the company registered a 5.6 percent increase in sales.  

 

Year-to-date, Volvo Canada sold 1,140 units, off 19.9 per cent from the first three months of 2008.

 

The company saw success with its V50, S80, C70 and XC90 vehicles last month and the arrival of the highly anticipated XC60 crossover.
