Volvo Canada Announces March Sales

 

RICHMOND HILL, ON. (April 1, 2016.) Volvo Car Canada Ltd. reported total sales of 570 units in March 2016 compared to 328 sales in March 2015, representing an increase of 74%.

 

Year to date, Volvo Canada has sold a total of 1,258 vehicles in 2016 compared to 818 vehicles sold year to date in 2015 representing an increase of 54%.

 

“Strong March sales have closed a successful first quarter for Volvo Canada and will help generate momentum as we shift focus to the spring selling season.” said Alexander Lvovich, Managing Director of Volvo Car Canada Ltd. “Our retailers have done a fantastic job of delivering consumers innovative product – such as the award-winning XC90 – and with the all-new S90 arriving later this year, we see 2016 as a pivotal point in the reinvigoration of the brand in Canada.”

 

Additionally, CPO sales in March 2016 totaled 156 units versus 137 units sold in March 2015 representing an increase of 14%. Year to date, Volvo Canada has reported 391 CPO sales in 2016 compared to 377 in 2015; this represents an increase of 4%.
