Volvo announces July sales results
TORONTO (August 1, 2008) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. today announced vehicle sales reached 424 units in July.
Year-to-date, Volvo Canada has sold 4,317 units, off 29.4 per cent from the 6,116 sold during the first seven months of 2007.
"As the 2008 model year winds down, the selection of 2008 vehicles is rapidly dwindling," said Jeff Pugliese, President and CEO of Volvo Canada. "In fact, there are fewer than 100 units of each 2008 model across the country. In August, the company's focus will switch to 2009 model year vehicles."
