TORONTO, ON (July 2, 2014) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported total sales of 577 units in the month of June, an increase of 8.3 per cent increase from the previous month which also saw a significant increase in sales nationally.
The top selling new vehicle is the popular V60 Sportswagon which sold 150 units in June, an increase of more than 16 per cent over May 2014.
“The V60 Sportswagon continues to grow in popularity with Canadian drivers who are looking for that combination of luxury, sportiness and utility which is unique in the market,” says Marc Engelen, President & CEO, Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. “The V60 has been consistently receiving rave reviews from customers and media alike. We expect this to continue through the summer and beyond as we introduce the new S60 and V60 Polestar models in Canada in the next few months.”
