Volvo Canada Announces December Sales


TORONTO, ON (Jan. 3, 2014) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported December new vehicle sales of 260 units, contributing to a total of 4,673 vehicles for 2013. Volvo Canada also sold 1,417 Certified Pre-owned (CPO) vehicles in 2013, an 8.2 percent increase over 2012.


The top performers for the month among new vehicles were the XC60 premium crossover and the S60 sports sedan which sold 99 and 81 units during the month of December respectively. Both the XC60 and S60 are among only 22 vehicles that were awarded the prestigious new Top Safety Pick+ by IIHS (Insurance Institute for Highway Safety).
