Volvo Canada Announces July Sales

TORONTO, ON (August 1, 2013) - Volvo Cars of Canada Corp. reported 381 new vehicle sales in July, a decrease of 17.5 percent compared to July 2012. Last month also saw the sale of 127 certified pre-owned models through Volvo Canada's industry-leading CPO program, a 16.5% increase over July 2012. YTD certified pre-owned sales reached 876, an increase of 17.9% over same period last year.

The top seller in July was the XC60 premium crossover with 150 units sold while the second was the S60 sport sedan which sold 84 units in June. Customer demand continues to be strong for the refined and venerable XC70 and XC90 with 42 percent and 90 percent sales increases over July 2012 respectively.
